Our take
I needed a modular seat that could handle daily use, and this one with Smart Coil support sounded great. The corduroy fabric is durable, and the high-density foam with coils provides good support. No assembly was a plus. The weight capacity of 300 lbs is solid. However, it's a single seat square, so you need multiple units for a full sofa. The included ottoman is a nice bonus. At $208, it's a bit pricey for one seat, but the quality justifies it.
